Not necessarily. While we focus on high-potential projects without active tokens, "issuing a token" is a strategic decision made by the project teams themselves. We aim to identify protocols with significant fundamental value, regardless of their eventual TGE (Token Generation Event) status.

We use a multi-dimensional evaluation model, including but not limited to funding round, technological originality, team background, and on-chain interaction activity. Only projects that pass preliminary compliance reviews are included in this aggregated list.

Our aggregation engine monitors on-chain activities and official announcements in real-time. Key metrics and project statuses are reviewed and updated every 24 hours to ensure that our community has access to the most accurate "Alpha" information.

Most projects in the Builders section have active testnets, points programs, or community contribution tasks. CWC provides direct links to official interactable portals (Testnets/Galxe/Zealy). By engaging early, you may qualify for future airdrops or allowlist spots before the project gains mainstream attention.

Inclusion is based on our proprietary "Frontier Score," which filters out projects with stagnant development or excessive centralization. Some well-known projects may be excluded if they no longer meet our criteria for innovation, active building, or community transparency.
