The Website, App, related forums, social media pages, and other platforms (collectively, the “Site”) constitute the complete suite of services offered by CWC.

1. Legal Capacity, Access, and Account Responsibilities

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify CWC immediately. You remain fully liable for all transactions, postings, uploads, or actions taken through your Account prior to such notification.

3. License, Use of Content, and Prohibited Activities

Loyalty Rewards Program

5. Intellectual Property

All company names, branding, logos, trademarks, and service marks appearing on the Site—including those belonging to CWC, Fundraisers, partners, or third parties—are collectively referred to as “Branding”. You may not copy, modify, extract, download, display, or otherwise use any branding without prior written approval from CWC.

Limited Use

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CWC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use our Site Content solely for Personal Use, and not for commercial purposes.

“You may not”:

Modify, edit, copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, display, perform, sell, rent, lease, loan, translate, reverse engineer, index, or exploit any Content, Branding, or Site Services;

Definition of Personal Use

“Personal Use” refers to:

Permitted ScreenCaptures & Links

You may link to the Service (“Link”) from your own website (“Your Site”) provided:

The link text is only: “CoinWorldCap” or “CoinWorldCap.com”;
Your Site does not contain content deemed inappropriate, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful;
The link and its surrounding context do not imply association or endorsement by CWC;
The look and feel of Your Site does not damage or dilute CWC’s reputation or Branding.

CWC may revoke permission at any time, and you must remove all affected Links within three (3) calendar days of notice.

Community-Generated Content

The CWC platform may allow users to post or submit text, images, predictions, videos, or other materials (“Community Content”). You are solely responsible for ensuring:

The content is lawful and compliant with all applicable regulations;
You own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in the content;
The content does not infringe third-party rights;
No confidential, personal, or sensitive information is disclosed without consent.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, harmful, misleading, irritating, or otherwise inappropriate. Licence Granted to CWC

You retain ownership of the Community Content you post.

However, by posting Community Content, you grant CWC a: Worldwide, fully-paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable licence to: host, store, use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, edit, adapt, distribute, and create derivative works of the content, for purposes including operating, improving, promoting, and developing the CWC platform and services.

Liability Cap

If CoinWorldCap’s liability to you cannot be fully disclaimed, its total liability shall not exceed SGD 50. Upon receipt of such amount, you agree to waive any further claims against CoinWorldCap.

8. Non-Interference

You agree that you shall not, in any manner:

Mine, scrape, access, or interfere with any part of the CoinWorldCap website or Site Services;
Attempt to disrupt the accessibility of CoinWorldCap or any part thereof;
Bypass any security measures implemented on the CoinWorldCap website or Site Services.

This includes, without limitation, the use of screen-scrapers, hacks, spiders, robots, viruses, worms, or any other means to access or attack CoinWorldCap for any purpose without prior written consent from CoinWorldCap.

9. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinWorldCap, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, subcontractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and settlement payments on a full indemnity, solicitor-client basis) arising from or related to:

Your use of CoinWorldCap’s website, Site Services, content, and/or updates.

For clarity, CoinWorldCap retains full authority over its defense, legal actions, and settlement proceedings concerning any third-party claims, regardless of any indemnification received from you.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Website Terms of Use and your agreement to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without reference to any conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any disputes arising from these Website Terms of Use, other provisions of the Agreement, or your use of the website, Site Services, or content, you must first contact CoinWorldCap by submitting a ticket at CoinWorldCap Support and use your best efforts to resolve the dispute amicably. CoinWorldCap will also make its best efforts to resolve your concerns in good faith.

If no amicable resolution is reached within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

11. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Website Terms of Use, or other terms and conditions forming part of the Agreement, is found to be void, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to give effect to its intention, or, if modification is not possible, rendered void to the extent necessary without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

No Waiver: The failure or delay by CoinWorldCap to enforce any of its rights under these Website Terms of Use or other provisions of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, nor limit CoinWorldCap’s right to enforce them later.

Force Majeure: You agree that CoinWorldCap shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of war, utility shortages, or applicable laws and regulations.
